Spiced Liquored Prunes

These are truly decadent, not for children, adults only. We have steeped prunes in vats of old tawny (Port), a mix of special spices and sugar to taste and let them sit for months until they are soft, tender and delicious. They are fantastic served with baked cheese cake, a good vanilla ice cream of some double cream.

Did you know that prunes have double the antioxidant levels of blueberries so they are also good for you, delicious and nutritious, what more could you want.

• Mechanically Pitted Prunes May Contain The Occasional Pit.
• Tawny (Port) contains 17.5%alcohol by volume.
