Candle Care: For the best burn, avoid draughty areas, open windows, air ducts and fans. Trim the wick to 7mm before each use and every time you relight, and burn for at least 1 hour but no more than 3 hours at a time. Never let the flame touch the side of the glass, stop burning when 10mm of wax remains in the jar, and never leave a burning candle unattended.

Diffuser Care: Keep out of direct sunlight, extreme heat and draughty areas. Your diffuser can last up to three months, depending on how often the reeds are turned and the environment it's placed in.
